TRAVEL:


VISA: Entry visa is required for all visitors, except passport holders , those from any of the ECOWAS NATIONS (Economic Community of West African States). Visa application at the nearest Consular Office should include a copy of letter of Participation/Registration for the event.

TRAVEL: Most international Airlines have connections to the Abuja Airport and the journey to the city center from the airport, depending on traffic flow, is about 30-45 minutes. The venue of the expo is right in the city center, too, including the partner hotels. However, yhere are other international airports into Nigeria (Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano, Enugu) from where interconnecting flights to Abuja are readily available.

Exhibitors will be received at the airport in Abuja upon arrival and shuttled to the hotel of residence at no extra cost if so applied/ Alterbatively visitprs may go to the taxi stand and procure a chauffeur from the recommended taxi services providers - AVIS , HERTZ , SIXT SENSE. .

However, most of the partners Hotels have in=house shuttle service for Airport Transfers.

ENTRY:Entry Badges may be procured electronically or at the point of entry, upon registration. Entry is free except for visitors coming from overseas who require letters of invitation/documentation as proof of registration for visa issuance.
